firm which specializes in obtaining and documenting information about people,
organizations, and events in and about El Paso, Texas. The manager is a retired
Supervisory Special Agent of the FBI, with extensive and complex investigative experience.
We have expertise in fraud investigations, and extensive institutional knowledge of El

CLIENT BASE.
We primarily
serve the business and professional community. We work for attorneys, executives,
government contractors, and insurance company fraud specialists. We do not market to
investigation brokers or individuals, but do accept occasional assignments involving
complex fraud and highly sensitive issues. |
| ARE YOU A
"FULL SERVICE FIRM"?
NO.
We discuss individual needs with each client. We take pride in being objective in
our investigative pursuits, and attempt to convey this objectivity to potential clients.
We are very sensitive to the client’s bottom line, and regularly decline assignments
which are not likely to be cost effective. Sometimes a client needs to be told that we are
not the best firm to meet their needs, and we do that. We do not accept criminal defense
case assignments. |
| WHEN DO YOU WORK?
ONLY when needed. We pride ourselves in
adapting the pace of an investigation to the needs of the client. It is often beneficial
to discontinue an investigation until another day, and we do that. Sometimes action is
needed at five o’clock on a Sunday morning, and we do that. Unlike a firm which must
somehow justify the daily expense of sending an investigator to El Paso, we can
comfortably start and stop an investigation at those points when it appears the
client’s needs will be best served. Because we cannot accept all of the assignments
offered to us, there is no pressure to drag out a case to the end of a shift, a day, a
week, etc. |

TO EL PASO?
NO. We
do believe that "knowing the territory" has an impact on the
effectiveness and efficiency of a consultant. We recommend that
clients consider that factor. |
| DO YOU CONDUCT
INVESTIGATIONS IN MEXICO?
NO. We hire Mexican residents for work in Mexico. |
| DO YOU HAVE
IN-HOUSE DATA BASE INFORMATION?
YES. In
addition to the usual directories, we have the Polk Directory for El Paso. We also have an
in-house data-base which includes most of the adult population of El Paso. |
| DO YOU HAVE ACCESS
TO OUTSIDE DATA-BASE SERVICES?
YES. We subscribe
to various national data-base services. |
| DO YOU USE THE
INTERNET AS AN INVESTIGATIVE TOOL?
YES. We
subscribe to a high speed service which provides Internet access via coaxial cable, not
phone lines. Retrieval through our service is more than fifty times faster than normal
telephone line retrieval. |

RATES?
Our fee structure is competitive with
other professional investigative services. We make no attempt to serve that segment of the
market where accuracy, reliability and quality take a back seat to hourly rates. |
