Background

John E. Feighery, a retired FBI Special Agent, is the founder and President of Ex Fed Investigative Services, Inc. During his quarter century FBI career, Mr. Feighery was involved in the broad spectrum of the Bureau’s investigative jurisdiction. His hands-on experience includes:

	Pre-employment background and employee integrity investigations.
	Organized crime and drug investigations.
	Financial investigations with an emphasis on fraud matters.
	Violent crime investigations to include assault, extortion, kidnapping, destruction of property, and robbery cases.
	Transportation related investigations to include automobile accidents, cargo theft and aviation matters.
	Court ordered wiretap installation and operation, as well as the detection and investigation of illegal wiretaps. Specialized surveillance operations to include aircraft, electronic, fixed, moving, photographic and video.

Mr. Feighery has earned the following university degrees:
